All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Orders are confirmed only after the delivery charge (and any remaining balance) has been paid. Orders left unpaid for 30 minutes are automatically cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
A flat delivery charge of ৳100 applies to all orders across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days. Delays due to courier or force majeure are beyond our control.
When paying with reward points, the ৳100 delivery charge still applies and must be paid online to confirm the order. Points used toward an order are refunded to your account if the order is cancelled before it ships — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Orders may be cancelled by the customer at any time before shipment for a full refund, and by our support team after shipment for a partial refund. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
You may submit one review per product, and only for a product from an order that has been delivered to you. Reviews should reflect your genuine experience with the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
